A Helsport product is designed to accompany you for a long time. However, years of use in all kinds of weather can take a toll, and accidents can happen. Repair is an integral part of our mindset. A tear or a broken zipper is not a reason to discard your favorite sleeping bag. A worn-out guyline attachment in your expedition tent doesn't mean you have to get a new one. If you find that your Helsport product is damaged, we will always do our best to repair it. It's an important guarantee for you as a customer when you choose a product from us.
In many cases, your product can be fixed within minutes with a sewing machine, we repair tears and worn out parts in both sleeping bags and tents. These are among the most common damages, considering they are frequently used components. Fortunately, they are also the easiest to repair. In 99% of cases, it's just the slider that is worn out. Once we replace it, your sleeping bag will be as good as new!
